Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は、新規な含フツ素リン酸エステル、そ
の製法及び防錆剤に関する。
[従来の技術] 含フツ素グリースは、絶縁性及び不燃性を有す
るので、種々の分野において有用である。従来、
含フツ素グリースの防錆剤又は安定剤としては、
亜硝酸ナトリウム又は酸化マグネシウムなどの無
機化合物粉末が使用されている。しかし、このよ
うな無機化合物粉末は、微粉末の入手や含フツ素
グリースとの均一混合が困難である。また、ベア
リングにおいて無機化合物粉末を使用した場合に
は、大きなノイズが発生する。
[発明の目的] 本発明の目的は、容易に入手でき、含フツ素グ
リースと容易に均一混合でき、ノイズ発生の原因
とならない防錆剤として使用できる含フツ素リン
酸エステルを提供することにある。
[発明の構成] 本発明の1つの要旨は、式: [式中、Rfはパーフルオロアルキルポリエー
テル基を含有する基、nは1〜3の整数である。]
で示される含フツ素リン酸エステルに存する。
本発明の含フツ素リン酸エステル()におい
てRf基のパーフルオロアルキルポリエーテル基
は、式: −C3F6O− (a) で示される繰り返し単位、式: −C2F4O− (b) で示される繰り返し単位及び式: −CF2O− (c) で示される繰り返し単位から成る群から選択され
た少なくとも1種の繰り返し単位を有し、繰り返
し単位(a)又は(b)の少なくとも一方を含む。繰り返
し単位(a),(b)及び(c)の合計数は少なくとも3であ
る。繰り返し単位−C3F6O−は、−CF2CF2CF2
−及び−CF(CF3)CF2O−を含む。繰り返し単
位−C2F4O−は、通常、−CF2CF2O−である。
nの数は、1又は2であることが好ましい。
本発明の含フツ素ポリエーテルの具体例は、例
えば、 F(−CF2CF2CF2O−)nCF2CF2CH2OPO(OH)2
(1) (mの平均値=25) [F(−CF2CF2CF2O−)nCF2CF2CH2O]2
POOH (2) (mの平均値=25) である。
含フツ素リン酸エステル()は、式: RfCH2OH () [式中、Rfは前記と同意義。] で示される含フツ素アルコールをホスホリル化合
物と反応し、次いで水と反応することによつて製
造できる。
ホスホリル化合物は、例えば、三塩化ホスホリ
ル、リン酸などである。三塩化ホスホリル/リン
酸混合物が特に好ましい。三塩化ホスホリル/リ
ン酸混合物において、三塩化ホスホリルとリン酸
のモル比は、1:2〜1:6であることが好まし
い。反応は、通常、温度60〜120℃で2〜6時間
行う。
水との反応によつて、加水分解が行なわれる。
水の量は、通常、ホスホリル化合物1モルに対し
て、10モル以上である。加水分解反応は、通常、
温度80〜100℃で1〜5時間行う。
本発明の他の要旨は、含フツ素リン酸エステル
()から成る防錆剤に存する。nが2である含
フツ素リン酸エステル()が防錆剤として特に
良好である。本発明の防錆剤は、含フツ素グリー
スに添加する防錆剤として良好に使用できる。し
かし、含有フツ素グリースとともに使用する以外
の用途において、耐熱性を有する防錆剤として使
用することも可能である。本発明の防錆剤は、入
手が容易であり、含フツ素グリースと良好に均一
に混合できる。また、ベアリングにおいて使用し
た場合にも、ノイズの発生はほとんどない。
本発明の含フツ素リン酸エステル()は、良
好な離型効果を有しており、離型剤としても使用
できる。また、極圧添加剤としても適している。
[発明の効果] 本発明の含フツ素リン酸エステルから成る防錆
剤は、含フツ素グリースと良好に均一に混合で
き、ノイズを発生させない。
[実施例] 以下、本発明の実施例を示し、本発明を具体的
に説明する。
実施例 1 500ml4つ口フラスコに、85%リン酸1.3g及び
三塩化ホスホリル7.0gを仕込み、攪拌下、90℃で
含フツ素アルコール F(−CF2CF2CF2O−)pCF2CF2CH2OH(pの平
均値=25)500gを滴下した。90℃で3時間反応
を行つた後、3時間減圧下で生成塩酸ガスを除去
した。次いで、90〜95℃の水100gを加え、攪拌
下、95℃で1時間加水分解を行つた。反応混合物
を室温に冷却後、トリクロロトリフルオロエタン
(ダイキン工業株式会社製ダイフロンS−3)1
Kgで抽出した。トリクロロトリフルオロエタン層
のPHが約4以上になるまで水洗を繰り返した。次
いでトリクロロトリフルオロエタンを減圧留去し
た。残査を孔径0.2μmのフイルターでろ過し、含
フツ素リン酸エステル [F(−CF2CF2CF2O−)pCF2CF2CH2O]qPO
(OH)3-q (pは前記と同意義。q=1のもの10%、q=
2のもの70%及びq=3のもの20%の混合物)を
得た。収量:450g(90%)。
応用例 1 パーフルオロポリエーテル油(ダイキン工業株
式会社製デムナムS−65)10gに、実施例1で得
られた含フツ素リン酸エステル0.3gを添加し、ト
リクロロトリフルオロエタン10gを加え、均一な
溶液を調整した。この溶液中に、鉄製テストピー
スを浸漬し取り出した後、風乾した。1%食塩水
30mlを入れた広口100mlポリエチレン製容器を用
いて防錆性を試験した。テストピースの1部分が
食塩水に漬かり、他の部分が食塩水に漬からない
ように、テストピースを容器に入れ、容器の蓋を
し、室温で24時間放置した。テストピースには錆
が発生していなかつた。
比較応用例 1 含フツ素リン酸エステルを使用しない以外は、
応用例1を繰り返した。テストピースには、多く
の錆が発生した。
応用例 2 含フツ素グリース(ダイキン工業株式会社製デ
ムナムグリースL65)20gと実施例1で得られた
含フツ素リン酸エステル0.6gを均一混合し、グリ
ース混合物を調製し、腐食試験を行つた。グリー
ス混合物をASTM1743−73に準じて、円錐コロ
軸受に塗布し、0.1%食塩水に60秒間浸漬した後、
室温及び相対湿度100%の雰囲気で48時間放置し
た。腐食は全く観察されなかつた。
比較応用例 2 含フツ素リン酸エステルを使用しない以外は、
応用例2を繰り返した。幾つかの腐食箇所が観察
された。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 式: [式中、Rfはパーフルオロアルキルポリエー
    テル基を含有する基、nは1〜3の整数である。]
    で示される含フツ素リン酸エステル。 2 Rf基のパーフルオロアルキルポリエーテル
    基が式: −C3F6O− (a) で示される繰り返し単位、式: −C2F4O− (b) で示される繰り返し単位及び式: −CF2O− (c) で示される繰り返し単位から成る群から選択され
    た少なくとも1種の繰り返し単位を有し、繰り返
    し単位(a)又は(b)の少なくとも一方を含み、繰り返
    し単位(a),(b)及び(c)の合計数が少なくとも3であ
    る特許請求の範囲第1項記載の含フツ素ポリエー
    テル。 3 式: で示される含フツ素リン酸エステルの製法であつ
    て、 式: RfCH2OH () で示される含フツ素アルコールをホスホリル化合
    物と反応し、次いで水と反応することを特徴とす
    る製法 [上記式中、Rfはパーフルオロアルキルポリ
    エーテル基を含有する基、nは1〜3の整数であ
    る。]。 4 特許請求の範囲第1項記載の含フツ素リン酸
    エステルから成る防錆剤。
