Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は、新規な含フツ素リン酸エステル、その製法支
び防錆剤に関する。
[従来の技術] 含フツ素グリースは、絶縁性及び不燃性を有するので、
種々の分野において有用である。従来、含フツ素グリー
スの防錆剤又は安定剤としては、亜硝酸ナトリウム又は
酸化マグネシウムなどの無機化合物粉末が使用されてい
る。しかし、このような無機化合物粉末は、微粉末の入
手や含フツ素グリースとの均一混合が困難である。また
、ベアリングにおいて無機化合物粉末を使用した場合に
は、大きなノイズが発生する。
[−発明の目的] 本発明の目的は、容易に入手でき、含フツ素グリースと
容易に均一混合でき、ノイズ発生の原因とならない防錆
剤として使用できる含フツ素リン酸エステルを提供する
ことにある。
[発明の構成] 本発明の1つの要旨は、式: %式%(1) [式中、Rfはパーフルオロアルキルポリエーテル基を
含有する基、nは1〜3の整数である。]で示される含
フツ素リン酸エステルに存する。
本発明の含フツ素リン酸エステル(I)においてRf基
のパーフルオロアルキルポリエーテル基は、式・ CsFe0      (a) で示される繰り返し単位、式。
C2p 40       (b) で示される繰り返し単位及び式: %式%() で示される繰り返し単位から成る群から選択された少な
くとも1種の繰り返し単位を有し、繰り返し単位(a)
又は(b)の少なくとも一方を含む。繰り返し単位(a
)、(b)及び(c)の合計数は少なくとも3である。
繰り返し単位−03FII〇=は、CF t CF 2
 CF 20−及び−CF(CF3)CF20−を含む
。繰り返し単位−〇、F、0−は、通常、CF t C
P 20−である。
nの数は、l又は2であることが好ましい。
本発明の含フツ素ポリエーテルの具体例は、例えば、 F−(−CF2CF20F、08FtCF、CH,0P
O(OH)2     (1)(mの平均値=25) [F子CF、CF2CF20)−CF、CF2CH2O
]2POOH(2)(mの平均値−25) である。
含フツ素リン酸エステル(1)は、式 %式%() [式中、R「は前記と同意義。」 で示される含フツ素アルコールをホスボリル化合物と反
応し、次いで水と反応することによって製造できる。
ホスホリル化合物は、例えば、三塩化ホスホリル、リン
酸などである。三塩化ホスホリル/′リン酸混合物が特
に好ましい。三塩化ホスホリル/リン酸混合物において
、三塩化ホスホリルとリン酸のモル比は、12〜l:6
であることが好ましい。
反応は、通常、温度60〜1206Cで2〜6時間行う
水との反応によって、加水分解が行なわれる。
水の量は、通常、ホスホリル化合物1モルに対して、1
0モル以上である。加水分解反応は、通常、温度80〜
100℃で1〜5時間行う。
本発明の他の要旨は、含フツ素リン酸エステル(1)か
ら成る防錆剤に存する。nが2である含フツ素リン酸エ
ステル(1)が防錆剤として特に良好である。本発明の
防錆剤は、含フツ素グリースに添加する防錆剤として良
好に使用できる。しかし、含有フッ素グリースとともに
使用する以外の用途において、耐熱性を有する防錆剤と
して使用することも可能である。本発明の防錆剤は、入
手が容易であり、含フツ素グリースと良好に均一に混合
できる。また、ベアリングにおいて使用した場合にも、
ノイズの発生はほとんどない。
本発明の含フツ素リン酸エステル(1)は、良好な離型
効果を有しており、離型剤としても使用できろ。また、
極圧添加剤としても適している。
[発明の効果] 本発明の含フツ素リン酸エステルから成る防錆剤は、含
フツ素グリースと良好に均一に混合でき、ノイズを発生
させない。
[実施例] 以下、本発明の実施例を示し、本発明を具体的に説明す
る。
実施例! 500m&4つロフラスコに、85%リン酸1゜3g及
び三塩化ホスホリル7.0gを仕込み、撹拌下、90℃
で含フツ素アルコール F (CF 2CF 2CP 2o−)rCF 2CF
 pc H2COOH(pの平均値−25)500gを
滴下した。90℃で3時間反応を行った後、3時間減圧
下で生成塩酸ガスを除去した。次いで、90〜95°C
の水100gを加え、撹拌下、95℃で1時間加水分解
を行った。反応混合物を室温に冷却後、トリクロロトリ
フルオロエタン(ダイキン工業昧式会社製グイフロンS
−3) I kgで抽出した。トリクロロトリフルオロ
エタン層のpHが約4以上になるまで水洗を縁り返した
。次いでトリクロロトリフルオロエタンを減圧留去した
。残渣を孔径0.2μmのフィルターでろ過し、含フツ
素リン酸エステル[F−+CF−CFtCF−0$Fs
CFtCHtO]qPO(OH)3−q(pは前記と同
意義。Q=1のもの10%、q=2のもの70%及びQ
=3のもの20%の混合物)を得た。収量:450g(
90%)。
応用例1 パーフルオロポリエーテル油(ダイキン工業株式会社製
デムナムS5−65)IOに、実施例1で得られた含フ
ツ素リン酸エステル0.3gを添加し、トリクロロトリ
フルオロエタンlogを加え、均一な溶液を調製した。
この溶液中に、鉄製テストピースを浸漬し取り出した後
、風乾した。1%食塩水30酎を入れた広口100dポ
リエチレン製容器を用いて防錆性を試験した。テストピ
ースの一部分が食塩水に漬かり、他の部分が食塩水に漬
からないように、テストピースを容器に入れ、容器の蓋
をし、室温で24時間放置した。テストピースには錆が
発生していなかった。
比較応用例I 含フツ素リン酸エステルを使用しない以外は、応用例1
を繰り返した。テストピースには、多くの錆が発生した
応用例2 含フツ素グリース(ダイキン工業株式会社製デムナムグ
リースL 65)2 ogと実施例1で得られた含フツ
素リン酸エステル0.6gを均一混合し、グリース混合
物を調製し、腐食試験を行った。グリース混合物をAS
TM1743−73に塾じて、円錐コロ軸受に塗布し、
0.1%食塩水に60秒間浸漬した後、室温及び相対湿
度100%の雰囲気で48時間放置した。腐食は全く観
察されなかった。
比較応用例2 含フツ素リン酸エステルを使用しない以外は、応用例2
を繰り返した。幾つかの腐食箇所が観察された。

    : −C_3F_6O−(a) で示される繰り返し単位、式: −C_2F_4O−(b) で示される繰り返し単位及び式: −CF_2O−(c) で示される繰り返し単位から成る群から選択された少な
    くとも1種の繰り返し単位を有し、繰り返し単位(a)
    又は(b)の少なくとも一方を含み、繰り返し単位(a
    )、(b)及び(c)の合計数が少なくとも3である特
    許請求の範囲第1項記載の含フッ素ポリエーテル。 3、式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼( I ) で示される含フッ素リン酸エステルの製法であって、 式: RfCH_2OH(II) で示される含フッ素アルコールをホスホリル化合物と反
