Abstract

PURPOSE:To handle an interrupt operation for re-adjustment at an arbitrary time in the case of the deviation of a pressure or a flow rate from a determined range by providing a knowledge base related to procedures requiring an interrupt and an inference mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An operation support device main body 30 uses the knowledge base and an inference algorithm to infer procedures required for execution and stores them in a working memory 3. Stored procedures are successively outputted as an operation procedure guide to an operator through an output device 40 based on the procedure-hierarchy characteristic. An interrupt condition knowledge base 1 and a working memory 3 are connected to an interrupt condi tion decision device 2, and interrupt condition decision is checked with respect to all interrupt condition knowledges stored in the interrupt condition knowledge base 1; and when data satisfying the interrupt condition is found, a pertinent procedure name is inserted to the start of the working memory 3 after state information ''waiting for 'start' is added. Thus, the interrupt operation for re-adjustment can be handled at an arbitrary time if the pressure or the flow rate is deviated from the determined range.

[Prior Art] Generally, in large-scale plants such as power plants and chemical plants, manuals are prepared for operating the plants during normal and abnormal times, and standard operations are possible. There is. However, what is written in the operating manual is
This is just a standard operating procedure for typical cases. Therefore, operators deal with each case while considering the meaning and effects of the operation. That is, appropriate driving operations in response to moment-to-moment changes in the situation, such as changing the order of execution of a series of driving operation items, adding or omitting them, etc., depend on human ability. Therefore, there was a risk that human error would occur.

Therefore, a system has been developed that computerizes such driving instructions and outputs a driving guide appropriate to the situation. In addition to a standard series of driving operations, driving operation items are hierarchically organized according to their purpose and function, and by enabling conditional branching and conditional cancellation, it is possible to output a certain level of flexible driving operation guide. In some cases, improvements have been made.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] Although it is possible to provide driving support through computerized operating instructions and flexibility through conditional branching and conditional cancellation, the conventional technology described above does not allow for all branching and cancellation in advance. Is it necessary to describe candidates in the knowledge base? For example, when the pressure or flow rate deviates from a predetermined range, it is only possible to handle interruptive operation operations such as readjusting at any time.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to solve the drawback of the prior art, namely, the inability to handle interruptive operation operations such as readjusting at any time when the pressure or flow rate deviates from a predetermined range. In view of the lack of knowledge representation and inference mechanism, we created a knowledge base and inference mechanism regarding the necessary procedures for interrupts, and inserted the necessary procedures into the working memory as needed. The object of the present invention is to provide a driving support device equipped with means capable of solving the problems of the above.
