(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to special fabrics.
This invention relates to a novel fabric produced by skillfully combining at least two types of staple fibers: hemp fibers and ultrafine synthetic fibers. According to the present invention, a new type of clothing fabric that can be described as linen/silk-like and rich in luxury and novel texture is provided. (Prior Art) Hemp fibers have traditionally been preferred for summer clothing due to their properties such as "smooth feel" and "strength", and polyester fibers are generally used to specifically impart wash-and-wear properties. There are many developments in blended products with synthetic fibers, mainly . However, such blends with synthetic fibers may suppress the wrinkle formation effect, which is one of the characteristics of natural hemp, or may weaken the hemp-like texture and luster of natural hemp. I ended up
There was a problem that it had a strong synthetic fiber feel. Basically, the idea behind conventional hemp blends is to make use of the hemp quality as much as possible while suppressing the strong synthetic fiber feel mentioned above. It can be said that the development of (Problems that the invention aims to solve) On the other hand, while maintaining the characteristics of hemp fiber such as silkiness, tension, clear wrinkle characteristics, good appearance and anti-pilling properties, it has softness, drapeability, and mild If it is possible to obtain high value-added textile products that have a new fabric texture and luster that are not available in conventional textile products, it will be possible to create a textile product that is diversified in recent years. It is possible to meet the demands of In view of the above-mentioned points, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel fabric that has a combination of the feel of linen and the feel of ultra-fine fibers of synthetic fibers, both of which have a hidden taste. While retaining the characteristics of hemp fiber such as the silkiness, tension, wrinkle characteristics, appearance and anti-pilling properties, we have combined this with the softness and drapability of ultra-fine synthetic fibers, creating a new high-class material that has entered the fashion world. The purpose is to provide a fabric that has special texture and appearance effects not found in conventional textile products. However, according to the present invention, linen/silk
A fabric that can be called a texture is provided, and this fabric is different from conventional fabrics for summer clothing that aim for a simple feeling of smoothness, a cool feeling, etc. (Means for Solving the Problems) The special fabric of the present invention that achieves the above-mentioned objects has the following configuration. That is, the special fabric of the present invention contains at least two kinds of hemp fibers A and ultrafine synthetic polymer short fibers B having a single fiber fineness of 0.5 denier or less, and the composition ratio of the hemp fibers A is equal to that of yarn. The composition ratio of the short fiber B is 15% by weight or more in the whole yarn.
This is a special fabric characterized by using linen blended yarn of not less than 50% by weight and not more than 50% by weight. (Function) The present invention will be explained in more detail below. In the present invention, the hemp fiber A may be either a thick and hard material generally called ramie, or a thinner and softer material than ramie, commonly called linen, and these may be used alone or by blending them as appropriate. It is what you use. and,
The hemp fibers A are blended with ultrafine synthetic polymer short fibers B having a single fiber fineness of 0.5 denier or less to form a spun yarn. The short fibers B need not have any disadvantages such as becoming brittle when the fabric of the present invention is subjected to various treatments, and are not particularly limited. For example, polyester fibers may be used. or polyamide fibers can be preferably used. In addition, the blended yarn constituting the fabric of the present invention may contain a third fiber in addition to the above-mentioned fibers A and B. In that case, for example, a synthetic fiber of about 1.5 to 3 deniers, etc. Preferably, polyester fibers or the like can be used as the third fibers. The fabric of the present invention may be either knitted fabric or woven fabric. In the blended yarn constituting the fabric of the present invention, it is important that the composition ratio of hemp fiber A is 50% or more by weight of the entire yarn. It is not possible to expect to obtain a product, and the anti-pilling properties are greatly reduced. Also, 0.5
It is important that the composition ratio of ultrafine synthetic polymer short fibers B of denier or less is 15% by weight or more and 50% by weight or less in the entire yarn, and the proportion of fiber B is 15% by weight.
If it is less than that, the ultrafine fiber taste of the synthetic fiber, which is the aim of the present invention, will be poor. The fineness of the fiber B is also important from the point of view of the ultra-fine fiber taste, and it must be 0.5 denier or less. If it exceeds 0.5 denier, the stiffness of the synthetic fiber will be strong in the product, resulting in a soft touch feeling, ultra-fine touch feeling, etc. The texture effect disappears. As mentioned above, the blended yarn used in the present invention is a mixture of both the linen feel and the ultrafine fiber feel of synthetic fibers, so that it has a hidden taste. The short fiber B may be made entirely of fibers with various irregular cross sections, such as the single fiber cross section shown in Fig. 2, or may be partly made of fibers with irregular cross sections, and by doing so, the effect of ultrafine fibers with irregular cross sections can be improved. This makes it possible to obtain more distinctive features such as gloss and texture. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an example of a hemp blend yarn used in the present invention using such irregular cross-section fibers, where A is hemp fiber and B is an ultrafine synthetic polymer of 0.5 denier or less. short fibers. Further, it is preferable to use short fibers B having an average fiber length longer than that of the hemp fibers, thereby increasing the yarn strength. According to the findings of the present inventors, the average fiber length of the short fibers B is 51 to 102.
It is best to set the fiber length within the range of mm and, as mentioned above, longer than the average fiber length of the hemp fibers. The short fibers B may be of 0.5 denier or less at the raw material stage during spinning, but they can be made into ultra-fine fibers of 0.5 denier or less by using splittable composite fiber yarns and being split at an appropriate point. It may also be made of synthetic fiber. The splitting treatment can be performed after fabrication or formation, or at the same time as hemp fiber scouring. (Example) Hereinafter, the specific configuration and effects of the present invention will be explained using examples. Example 1 Ramie with an average fiber length of 75 mm was used as short fiber A, while sea/island composite fiber of 2.8 denier (d) was used as short fiber B (island component: round cross section of polyethylene teresterate, sea component: Polystyrene. After removing the sea component, the short fiber fineness of ultra-fine fiber is 0.45d
Using a square-cut staple of short fibers with a cut length of 90 mm, these short fibers are
After removing the sea from the composite fiber, it is blended to have various composition ratios as shown in Table 1 (5 levels from 12 to 60% by weight; 60% by weight is a comparative example) to make 20s spun yarn. A flat knitted fabric was knitted using this spun yarn. The knitted fabric thus obtained is treated with a trichlorethylene solution to remove the polystyrene (sea component) of the composite fibers, and then the knitted fabric is put into a finishing process for ordinary linen fiber knitted fabrics and finished. Afterwards, the texture, pill resistance, etc. were evaluated.
The results are shown in Table 1. For comparison, the short fiber fineness after sea removal is
A woven fabric was prepared in the same manner as described above, except that fine fiber polyethylene terephthalate having a diameter of 0.6 d was used at a composition ratio of 36% by weight (after sea removal) in the entire yarn (Comparative Example 2). The results are also shown in Table 1.

Example 2 Ramie with an average fiber length of 51 mm was used as hemp fiber A, and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) staples with a fiber length of 61 mm and short fiber fineness of 0.65 d were mixed at a weight ratio of 60:40, and then 20 s A spun yarn was formed, and a plain woven fabric was woven using the spun yarn. This woven fabric was subjected to a typical finishing process for hemp fiber fabrics. The finishing treatment process for this hemp fiber fabric includes an alkali treatment process, and during the alkali treatment process, the weight of polyethylene terephthalate staple fibers is reduced by 25%, and the short fiber fineness is reduced.

% became a thing. The fabric thus obtained was novel and had a linen/silk-like feel. Example 3 As hemp fiber A, 30% each of ramie and linen with a cut length of 51 mm were used, and as short fiber B, the following cut length of 75 mm was used, and the island component had a cross-sectional shape as shown in Figure 2 b. A blended yarn with wool number 36 was made by blending 40% sea/island composite fiber with a fineness of 2d. Island component: 5 islands of polyethylene terephthalate, single fiber fineness after sea removal is 0.28d, sea component: polystyrene, sea/island ratio (weight ratio) = 25/75, using this blended yarn to make a plain knitted fabric at 20G I made it. This knitted fabric was subjected to a finishing treatment that is applied to ordinary linen fabrics, and then treated with a trichlorethylene solution to remove the sea component of the sea-island composite fiber. Lamy, linen, ultra-fine
The composition ratio of each of the three PET (0.28d) fibers is 33.3% by weight. The knitted fabric thus obtained has a soft texture and physical properties, and also has good pill resistance.
Moreover, it has a gloss that is in good harmony with the natural hemp fiber, and has a good appearance and a luxurious feel. In addition, when a knitted fabric was made and evaluated that was completely the same as that of this Example 3 except that the island component had a round cross section, it was found that it was a little softer in terms of gloss, but in other respects it was the same as that of Example 3. It was in good condition, almost as good as the original. Furthermore, the cut length of the sea/island type composite fiber is 51 mm.
When a knitted fabric was made using the same method as in Example 3, the texture and appearance of the fabric were very similar to those of Example 3.
The tear strength was slightly low at 0.55 Kg/cm. (Effects of the Invention) According to the special fabric of the present invention as described above, a novel fabric having a combination of linen feel and ultrafine fiber feel of synthetic fibers is provided. Such fabrics have the silkiness, tension, and texture of hemp fibers.
A new high-class clothing material is provided that combines the softness and drapability of ultra-fine synthetic fibers while maintaining characteristics such as wrinkle properties, appearance, and anti-pilling properties.
