Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. セラミツク基体表面に形成した所要導電路上に
    、キユリー点温度以上で急峻な抵抗変化を生ずる
    サーミスタ素子を上下方向に所定間隔で複数個配
    設し、かつ該セラミツク基体表面のサーミスタ素
    子群の近傍に、各サーミスタ素子をキユーリ点温
    度以上の温度にするためのヒータ用抵抗体を配設
    し、各サーミスタ素子に自己発熱させない程度の
    電流を流して、その抵抗値変化により液面レベル
    を検知するようにしたことを特徴とする液面レベ
    ルセンサ。
