- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試料を大気と遮断された状態で収納配置するた
めの試料容器６を備え、この試料容器６にはＸ線
管球２からのＸ線を透過して試料に照射するため
のＸ線透過窓６ｂが形成されているＸ線回折装置
において、 前記Ｘ線透過窓６ｂは、Ｘ線管球２のターゲツ
ト２ｂの材質に応じて、このターゲツト２ｂから
発生されるＫα線とＫβ線の波長間に吸収端を有
する金属材料でできていることを特徴とするＸ線
回折装置。
