Claims (1)
- それぞれピツクアツプコイルとインプツトコイ
ルからなる超電導ループ内に超電導スイツチを有
した複数の磁気検出部と、その各磁気検出部のイ
ンプツトコイルに磁気的に結合された一つのＳＱ
ＵＩＤリングおよびその計測回路と、上記各磁気
検出部の超電導スイツチを、最大一つのスイツチ
のみがＯＮとなるようにＯＮ・ＯＦＦ制御する制
御手段を備えてなる多重磁気計測装置。
