第１図は従来のＰＩＮダイオードを用いた導波管回路に
おける並列型スイッチの例を示す図、第２図は本考案の
一実施例を示す図、第３図はマイクロブリッジ型ジョセ
フソン素子のＩ−Ｖ特性を示す図であり、図において、
１は導波管入力端、２は導波管出力端、３はＰＩＮダイ
オード、４はＤＣバイアス電流、５はＤＣバイアス制御
装置、６はジョセフソン素子、７は磁界印加装置、８は
磁界印加制御装置、９は定電流源である。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 信号線路と、この線路に並列に接続されたジョセフソン
    素子と、このジョセフソン素子近傍に設置された磁界印
    加装置と、この磁界印加装置を開側する磁界印加制御装
    置とからなり、上記ジョセフソン素子に上記磁界印加装
    置によって磁界を印加する事により、信号線路の０Ｎ１
    ０ＦＦを行うようにした事を特徴とするスイッチ。
