〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、エアコンデイシヨナー屋外機の防音
対策に関し、詳細には、立体成形した2層構造の
防音材により特定部分を被覆することにより防音
対策をなすエアコンデイシヨナー用防音材に関す
る。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、エアコンデイシヨナー屋外機の防音対策
としては、立体成形しない状態の平物の吸音材、
遮音材を個別にエアコンデイシヨナー屋外機内部
側壁等の所望部位に粘着したり、空〓部に充填す
る方法や立体成形しない状態の吸音材を遮音材と
一体化し、まるめて端部を縫いあわせ、筒状とな
し、立体成形しない状態の吸音材を圧縮機、アキ
ユームレータにかぶせる等の方法によつていた。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながらこのような防音対策にあつては防
音材の総部品点数が5〜6点にも及び取り付け作
業が非常に煩雑であり、特にシール性が悪く、騒
音が漏れ防音効果に劣り、更にコストも高くつく
という欠点を有していた。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
そこで本発明者らは、立体成形した1つ又は2
つの防音材を使用し、従来の5〜6点の防音材と
同等以上の防音効果を得、更には取り付け作業性
をも軽減せんと鋭意研究の結果、従来の立体成形
しない状態の防音材をまるめて縫いあわせただけ
の簡易なものから、吸音材および遮音材の2層構
造からなる防音材を適用部位の形状にあわせて一
体成形、立体加工し、吸音材が内側となるように
一方開口の筒状となしたものをエアコンデイシヨ
ナー屋外機中の圧縮機、アキユームレータの少な
くとも一方を被覆することにより、従来の5〜6
部品の防音材に優る防音効果を得ることを知見
し、本発明に至つた。
本発明になる吸音材としては、植物性、動物
性、鉱物性、合成樹脂性の繊維成分の1種以上と
合成樹脂性結合材、難燃剤等からなる嵩高性不織
布、フエルト及びウレタン、塩化ビニル等の合成
樹脂性フオーム材等が使用できる。
本発明になる遮音材としては、アスフアルト、
ゴム、合成樹脂等のバインダー成分の1種以上と
充填材成分、添加剤類を混練し、圧延してなるシ
ート状物を使用する。
かかる遮音材と吸音材からなる2層構造一体化
物を圧縮機、アキユームレータの少なくとも一方
に使用することを必須とし、かかる構造の防音材
となすことによつて初めて所望の効果を得ること
ができるのである。
一体化方法としては、金型に吸音材及び遮音材
を載置後、圧縮成形する方法、インジエクシヨン
モールドに遮音材を載置後フオーム材成分を注入
発泡せしめる方法等がある。
かかる方法により立体成形した防音材を吸音材
が内側となるように筒状とし、重なる部分を接着
せしめ一方開口の筒状にせしめる。その際、重な
り部分の吸音材を取り除き遮音材同士を接触一体
化せしめればよりシール性に優れた立体成形防音
材となし得る。
筒状となした立体成形防音材は、支持部材を有
する圧縮機のエアコンデイシヨナー屋外機の内部
構造からして、支持部材をも覆う形状となすよう
に設計すること、及び圧縮機やアキユームレータ
に接触する形状となすことは防音効果の点で好ま
しいことである。更に開口部末端部分は吸音材を
遮音材より長く設計することにより吸音材にエア
コンデイシヨナー屋外機底面部分との緩衝材の働
きを付与し、振動を遮断するため好ましいことで
ある。
〔実施例〕
以下に実施例を挙げ、本発明をより詳細に説明
する。いうまでもなく本発明は以下の実施例のみ
に拘束されるものではない。
実施例
ブチルゴム10重量部、ストレートアスフアルト
20重量部、ブロンアスフアルト25重量部、炭酸カ
ルシウム25重量部及びタルク20重量部を混練し、
1.5mm厚に押出し成形し、遮音材となした。吸音
材としては、反毛60重量部、落綿10重量部、合成
繊維5重量部、フエノール樹脂粉末25重量部及び
ポリリン酸塩(難燃剤)2重量部よりなるフリー
スを形成し、140℃の加熱炉に導入し、厚さ15mm、
面密度600g/m2の嵩高性不織布を得た。
上記遮音材を加熱軟化させた後、上記吸音材と
ともに下金型上に載置して加熱しつつ、圧縮立体
成形した。
立体成形した防音材を吸音材が内側となるよう
に一方開口の筒状とし、重なる部分を接着せし
め、一方開口の筒状立体成形体となし、圧縮機及
びアキユームレータを被覆する如く装着した。
比較例
エアコンデイシヨナー屋外機中の内部側壁に4
個所フエルト材を貼着し、更に圧縮機にフエルト
を筒状にまるめた立体成形のない状態の吸音材を
かぶせ、天板を上に載せた6点からなる防音対策
を施した。
試験方法
室温30℃以上の部屋に設置したエアコンデイシ
ヨナー屋内機のコントロールを冷房16℃に合わ
せ、入力する。入力後5分間放置し、エアコンデ
イシヨナー屋外機の騒音を評価した。
