Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 筒状で両端が開口し、その一端開口に内向
きフランジを有するケーシング内に、音響整合層
がその前面周囲部を前記フランジの背面に相対す
るように設けられ、前記音響整合層の背面に超音
波振動子が固定されて設けられ、さらに前記超音
波振動子の背面に緩衝部材が固定されて設けられ
るとともに、前記音響整合層の背面周囲部が、前
記緩衝部材に被嵌されて設けられる筒状の固定部
材の前端面により押圧固定され、かつ、前記フラ
ンジの背面と前記音響整合層の前面周囲部との間
に第１弾性シール材が、前記音響整合層の背面周
囲部と前記固定部材の前端面との間に第２弾性シ
ール材が設けられてなる超音波センサ。 (2) 前記緩衝部材が外周面に、前記固定部材の
内周面に圧接して前記緩衝部材の位置決めをする
位置決め用突起を備えてなる請求項(1)に記載の
超音波センサ。
