本発明は軽量なイヤリングを簡単に製造し得るイヤリン

従来、飾り体内を空洞にした軽量イヤリングを形成する
方法としては、半田合金で例えばC状の原型を形成し、

てイヤリングを製造する方法が提案されている。Conventionally, the method of forming lightweight earrings with hollow ornaments is to form, for example, a C-shaped model with solder alloy.
The surface of this C-shaped prototype is coated with an 18-karat gold alloy coating by electroforming, and both ends of the C-shaped prototype coated with the 18-alloy metal are cut off to expose the solder alloy. A hollow shell made of 18-karat gold alloy is prepared by melting the 18-karat gold alloy, and closing lid plates are bonded to both ends of this shell by brazing to form a hollow decorative body.Earring fittings are attached to this decorative body. A method of manufacturing earrings has been proposed.

。However, in this conventional method, when brazing the closing cover plates to both ends of the shell, a gas vent is used to vent the gas generated by brazing and to prevent the internal pressure from increasing due to air expansion inside the shell. Since the small holes are formed on the surface of the shell, the small holes are visible on the finished decorative body, resulting in a very unsightly appearance.

。The present invention eliminates the process of forming the mounting hole by using the small gas vent hole that is inevitably drilled in the completed ornament as the mounting hole for attaching the earring fittings, and also eliminates the need for the small gas vent hole. The technical problem is to provide a manufacturing method for manufacturing earrings that are not conspicuous in appearance.

Opposing free end surfaces were formed, and the coated prototype was melted to provide a metal shell with openings formed on the left and right sides, and small gas vent holes 2 were bored in both openings of this shell. A decorative body 4 is formed by adhering the obstructing lid plate 3 with brazing, and on the other hand, shaft pins 7 are made to protrude outward on the left and right sides of the ear hook curved rod 6 of the earring metal fitting 5, and this earring metal fitting 5 is attached to the decorative body 4.
The earrings are formed by disposing the earrings between the obstructing cover plates 3 and fitting the two left and right shaft pins 7 of the earring fittings 5 into the small gas vent holes 2 formed in the obstructing cover plate 3. This relates to a method for manufacturing earrings.
