Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧縮機ユニツト３とコールドヘツド４との間で
冷媒ガスを循環させるように構成した冷凍機２の
コールドヘツド４を理科学機器の真空槽１に防振
支持し、コールドヘツド４の寒冷発生部６を真空
槽１内に位置させている理科学機器の冷却装置に
おいて、 コールドヘツド４を真空槽１にベローズ９を介
して可撓支持するとともに、ベローズ９の外周に
スペーサ１０を配置し、このスペーサ１０を相互
に嵌まり合う一対のブロツク１１，１２で構成し
、両ブロツク１１，１２の接合面をテーパー面１
４，１４に形成し、この対向するテーパー面１４
，１４間に環状の防振パツド１６を配置したこと
を特徴とする理科学機器での防振支持構造。
