Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象物にシート光を照射するシート光投光
    器と、既知の段差を有する基準ワークと、測定対
    象物の凹凸により生ずる輝線を撮影するカメラと
    、上記カメラで撮影された画像を入力し座標を算
    出する座標演算装置と、上記基準ワークを撮影し
    た画像を用いて光学系のパラメーターを調整し上
    記座標演算装置内部に登録されているパラメータ
    ーを変更する光学系パラメーター調整装置とを具
    えたことを特徴とする非接触形状測定装置。
