    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光ユニツトからの赤外線を所定の領域に投光
    し、その反射光をフレネルレンズを介して受光ユ
    ニツトで受光して受光レベルの変化によりその領
    域内に人等の障害物の存在を検出する赤外線検知
    装置において、前記フレネルレンズの外周面に段
    付面が形成され、内周面は平滑に形成されている
    ことを特徴とする赤外線検知装置。
