- レーザ細管とその周囲に取り付けられた放熱フ
インと、内部にカソードを内蔵したカソードバル
ブと、レーザ細管のカソードと反対側の位置にア
ノードを有し、両端に１対のレーザミラーを具備
した空冷アルゴンレーザ管において、前記レーザ
管のカソードバルブの上下それぞれ半分を熱膨張
係数の違う材料で構成したことを特徴とする空冷
アルゴンレーザ管。
