され且つ内部を所定温度に調整された乾燥室又は
建屋内を搬送せしめると共に、他方の掛杆を移行
始端側から終端側に傾斜度を自由に加減できる調
節装置を備えた下部レール内に沿うて無端チエー
ンコンベヤで順次移送し、麺線を垂直な状態で漸
次引き延ばしながら移行させて、麺線の所望太さ
迄の引き延ばしと塾成、乾燥を同時に遂行させる
ようにした麺線の伸張方法とその装置に係るもの
であつて、乾麺成形における麺線の引延ばし及び
乾燥処理を機械的に行わせ、且つ自動的に麺線が
希望の所定寸法の細さとして取り出される様にし
て製造能率の向上と省力化を計ると共に均質な製
品を得られるようにすることを目的としたもの
で、以下これを図面に示す実施例について説明す

麺線引延ばし所要時間が大巾に減縮できて、省力
化と加工処理の能率を向上できる。又本装置は構
成も簡単で、単独使用又は乾麺製造の連続製造ラ
インに容易に組み込むことが可能で、製品の均一
化と製造能率アツプに著しい効果を有するもので

この掛杆と対向する他方の掛杆両端部を、前記乾
燥室又は建屋内の下部において移行始端側から終
端側に下降傾斜状に配した左右の下部レール内に
沿つて送り爪を有する無端チエーンコンベヤによ
つて通過させ、且つこれら下部レールの始端側と
終端側との高低差を増、減調整して順次に移行さ
せて、各麺線を垂直な状態で移行乾燥させつつ自
動的に所望の細さの麺線に成形して取出すことを

帰一巡して回動する様に設置すると共に、下部レ
ールの前、後及び中間部の夫々外側に取付けた角
ねじナツトを有するレール取付具と、角ねじナツ
トに螺挿した縦螺子軸を軸架せるスタンドと、縦
螺子軸を回転するモーター、歯車伝動装置とから
