  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電池本体を挟むように配置された第１断熱材層
    と、上記電池本体と第１断熱材層との周囲を囲む
    ように配置された第２断熱材層と、上記両断熱材
    層を挟むように配置された２枚の挟持板と、この
    挟持板を挿通して上記電池本体と上記両断熱材層
    とを挟持する締め付け部材とを有する燃料電池に
    おいて、 前記締め付け部材は、前記第２断熱材層を挿通
    して設けられ、且つ昇温時において、締め付け部
    材の熱膨張による延びと、電池本体及び第１断熱
    材層の熱膨張による延びとが略同等となるように
    、締め付け部材の電池本体からの距離と締め付け
    部材の材質とが設定されていることを特徴とする
    燃料電池。
