けるフランジ部に、プラス型ドライバ工具に対す
る平面視十字状の係合溝を、互いに交差する方向
に延びる二条の係合溝のうち一方の係合溝を凹み
変形にて、他方の係合溝を打ち抜きにて形成し、
前記ロータ部材におけるフランジ部の一側縁に、
前記ロータ部材の上面に向つて折り返し状に折り
曲げて成る表面板を一体的に連接し、該表面板に
、前記ドライバ工具に対する係合孔を、前記フラ
ンジ部における係合溝と平面視で重なるように穿
設し、該表面板における外周縁に、前記ロータ部
材におけるフランジ部の下面に向つて折り返し状
に折り曲げて成るリング体を一体的に連接し、該
リング体のうち前記表面板に対する連接箇所から
離れた部分に、前記固定基板の上面に対する摺動
