Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高圧容器１内に、少なくとも内外２つの倒立コ
    ツプ状のケーシング５，６を重ね合わせて成る断
    熱層４を配して炉室８となし、この炉室８内にヒ
    ータ１１と温度計測手段１２とを配し、高圧容器
    １内に高圧のガス圧媒を導入し、炉室８内のガス
    圧媒を加熱して、被処理品１０に高温・高圧のガ
    ス圧媒を作用させて熱間等方圧加圧処理を行つた
    後、断熱層４の天板部４ａの開閉手段１８，２０
    を開いて、高温のガス圧媒を循環させることによ
    り炉室８内を冷却する熱間等方圧加圧装置におい
    て、外側のケーシング６の下部に、断熱層４の内
    部空間１４を断熱層４外の高圧容器側の空間１３
    を連通させる開口部１５を有し、断熱層４の天板
    部４ａの開閉手段１８，２０が炉室８と断熱層４
    外の高圧容器側の空間１３との間を開閉する第１
    開閉手段１８と、断熱層４の内部空間１４と断熱
    層４外の高圧容器側の空間１３との間を開閉する
    第２開閉手段２０とを有し、温度計測手段１２に
    より計測した温度に応じて高温時に第２開閉手段
    ２０、低温時に第１開閉手段１８を夫々開く開閉
    制御手段２９を備えたことを特徴とする熱間等方
    圧加圧装置。
