−Ａ断面図、第５図および第６図は第３図の他の
実施例を示す断面図、第７図から第１０図迄は従
来の装置を示すためのもので、第７図は第１従来
例のカツター刃の正面図、第８図は断面を含む構
成図、第９図は他の第２従来例を示す一部断面を
含む側面図、第１０図は第９図の平面図である。 １はダイ、１ａはダイ表面、２はカツター軸、
３はカツターホルダ、４はカツター刃、５，６，
２６は冷却水通路孔、２４は給水箱、２６ｂは出
口部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ダイ１から押し出された溶融樹脂を、前記
    ダイ１のダイ表面１ａと平行に回転するようにカ
    ツター軸２およびカツターホルダー３を介して保
    持されたカツター刃４により、切断するようにし
    たプラスチツク造粒装置において、前記カツター
    軸２、カツターホルダ３およびカツター刃４に形
    成された冷却水通路孔５，６，２６を有し、前記
    冷却水通路孔５，６，２６を介して前記カツター
    刃４に冷却水を供給するようにしたことを特徴と
    するプラスチツク造粒装置。 (2) 前記カツター軸２の外周に設けられ、前記
    冷却水通路孔５，６，２６と連通する給水箱２４
    と、前記給水箱２４に接続された冷却水供給装置
    ７とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項１記載のプ
    ラスチツク造粒装置。 (3) ダイ１から押し出された溶融樹脂を切断す
    るため、カツターホルダ３に設けられたプラスチ
    ツク造粒装置用カツター刃において、 前記カツターホルダ３に形成された第２冷却水
    通路６と連通する第３冷却水通路２６を有するこ
    とを特徴とするプラスチツク造粒装置用カツター
    刃。
