Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a wall by attaching a furring, made up of forming a projection strip on a flat bottom plate, tight to a structural material, installing each wall paneling at both sides of the projection strip in combination, and connecting each panel with a connecting cap material fitted with a gasket. CONSTITUTION:A furring A provided with a vertical projection strip 2 at the central spot of a flat bottom plate 1 is attached tight to a structural material, and each wall paneling D is installed at both sides of the projection strip 2 combinedly. Next, a construction bracket C provided with plural pressing projection strips in a section almost inverted U-shaped pinching body is fitted in a connecting cap member B provided with a holding part at the backside of a cover plate 3. In succession, an end of the wall paneling D is covered with this connecting cap member B, and the projection strip 2 of the furring A is fitted in the gasket C and secured tight. With this constitution, the furring A and the connecting cap member B can be firmly joined together.

At this time, connecting cap materials have traditionally been used to close the joints in the longitudinal direction of wall panel materials in the height and width directions, but when installing them, Use fixing tools such as screws, ports, nuts, etc.
There are disadvantages in that the construction is troublesome, puts a burden on the workers, and takes a lot of time.

Therefore, the present invention was developed by fixing a base material with a vertical protrusion formed in the center of a flat bottom plate to the structural material, and installing wall panel materials on both sides of the protrusion to form a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section. A construction gasket in which a plurality of opposing pressing ridges are formed in both side walls of the clamping body is inserted into a holding part of a connecting cap material that has a holding part formed on the back side of the cover plate, and this connecting cap is assembled. By making the material cover the ends of the wall panel materials facing each other at the point where they are connected in the longitudinal direction, and by inserting the protruding strips of the base material into the construction gasket to create a fixed wall connection structure, The construction of the wall body can be done easily and quickly, and the above-mentioned problem has been solved.

In the present invention, a base material A having a vertical protrusion 2 formed at the center of a flat bottom plate 1 is fixed to a structural material 15,
Wall panel material is provided on both sides of the protruding strip 2, and a plurality of pressing protrusions 7, 7°, etc., facing each other are formed in both side walls 6a, 6a of the holding body 6, which has a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section. The construction gasket C is inserted into the holding part 4 of the connecting cap material B, which has the holding part 4 formed on the back side of the cover plate 3, and the connecting cap material B is connected in the longitudinal direction. The facing wall covers the end of the hollow timbers, D, . First of all, there is no need for fixing tools such as bolts, nuts or screws to fix the base material A and the connecting cap material B, making it simple and quick even when constructing a vertical wall at a high location. The construction can be carried out safely, and secondly, the base material A and the connecting camp material B can be bonded extremely firmly.

Furthermore, pressing protrusions 7.7. . . are formed, and when the holding body 6 of the construction gas scaler) C holds the protruding strips 2 of the base material A, the pressing protrusions 7, 7 . . . are formed as shown in FIG. ...
The constructional gasket C and the connecting cap material B are fixed to the base material A by pressing both sides of the protruding strip 2.

Therefore, no fixing tools such as bolts, nuts or screws are required to fix the base material A and the connecting cap material B.
The construction can be performed simply and quickly by simply pressing the connecting cap material B onto the base material A, and the burden on the worker can be reduced, and the work efficiency can be significantly improved.

As mentioned above, the connecting cap material B can be fixed to the base material A without using any fastening tools such as bolts, nuts or screws, making it ideal for the construction of vertical walls. This eliminates the need for workers to use tools such as screwdrivers and spanners to fix the connecting cap material B to the base material A, making the work lighter and safer.

Next, in the construction gasket C, pressing ridges 7.7 are formed on the inner walls of both side walls 6a, 6a of the inverted U-shaped holding body 6, and the pressing ridges 7.7. ... presses and fixes the protruding strips 2 of the base material A, and the protruding strips 2 of the holding body 6
It can be inserted with a relatively small force, and after insertion, the pressing ridges 7, 7. . . strongly presses against the protrusion 2, making it extremely difficult for it to fall off (see Figure 10).

In addition, the pressing protrusion 7.7. A circular contact portion 8.
8. If a construction gasket C formed with... is used, the point of contact with the protruding strip 2 on the base material will be a point contact p, but this means that the frictional force will be even smaller than in the case of surface contact, and it will be difficult during construction. It is possible to further reduce the burden on the workers and at the same time further improve the work efficiency (see Fig. 11).
