Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 投光器から発射された光を被検査体に照射
    し、被検査体からの散乱光を受光器で受け、その
    中のラインセンサにより光電変換して傷判定を行
    う傷検査装置の光学装置であつて、 前記投光器は、複数のハロゲン光源部と、該ハ
    ロゲン光源部からの光を受光する複数の光フアイ
    バ束と、該光フアイバ束を断面スリツト形状の配
    列に変換するフアイバ出口端面と、該フアイバ出
    口端面から出た光を集光してスリツト光に変換す
    る集光部とを具備し、 前記受光器は、前記被検査体のスリツト光照射
    部の中心部に向けられた集光部と、該集光部によ
    つて集められた散乱光を光電変換するラインセン
    サを具備したことを特徴とする傷検査用光学装置
    。 (2) 前記フアイバ出口端面の出力光の強い部分
    に減光フイルタを貼り、該フアイバ出口端面の出
    力光の強さをほぼ均一にしたことを特徴とする請
    求項(1)記載の傷検査用光学装置。 (3) 前記請求項(1)記載の傷検査用光学装置と、
    被検査体表面の近傍に設けられたクリーニング手
    段とを具備したことを特徴とする傷検査装置。
