効的に利用される鍔付ボルトの製造方法に関する

で、スパツタがネジ部に付着してネジの機能を阻

ドピンホール、オーバーラツプ部等へのメツキ液
の浸透によるメツキ不良の発生の問題があつた。
更に鍔をネジ軸に正確に固定することが困難であ
り、傾きや変形が発生し、しかも1個1個手作業
で溶接しなければならないので作業性が悪く不良

てこれを一体的に固着し、その後該ボルト軸にネ
ジを形成して構成することを特徴とした該ボルト

得る突条を有するプレス型を用いて、プレスによ
つて鍔を元の平板状に戻すので、特に鍔の小孔の
内周縁をボルト軸の外周面に喰い込ませて強固に
固着することが出来る。更に、プレス作業で鍔付
ボルトを製造することが可能であるので流れ作業
による量産が出来、しかも一定の品質を持つた精
度の良い外観の美しいものを構成することが出来

るネジ棒3の該凸リング2に密接して鍔4を固着

ボルト軸3aにより強固に固着させると共に固着

於いては内径が10.4〜10.5mmの小孔5を有する鍔
4の該小孔5に10.7mmの軸径を持つたボルト軸3
aをスムーズに挿通することが出来た。更にこの
ボルト軸3aに転造方法によつてネジ3bを形成

ズに挿通することが出来、かつその後に、鍔の小
孔の周辺縁を特に強くプレスし得る突条を持つた
プレス型を用いて鍔をプレスによつて元の状態に
戻すので、小孔の内周縁をボルト軸の外周面に深
く喰い込ませて両者を相互に強く固着することが
出来る。また、本発明に係る方法では溶接作業が
不要であるので、スパツタがネジ等に付着する恐
れがなく、流れ作業による量産が可能であり、従
つて品質の良い外観の美しいものを安価に大量生
産することが出来る等の特徴を有するものであ
