明するための部分切欠平面図、第５図及び第６図
は、本考案の他の実施例のヒユーズ機能付ＰＴＣ
素子の断面図及び斜視図である。 図において、１１，２１はＰＴＣ素子、１２は
ＰＴＣ素体、１３，１４は電極、１５，１６はリ
ード端子、１５ａは電流ヒユーズ部、１７は温度
ヒユーズ部を構成するはんだ、１８ははんだを示
す。
ＴＣ素子の斜視図、第２図は電話機の交換機回路
に接続されるＰＴＣ素子を説明するための図、第
３図は第１図実施例の断面図、第４図は第１図実
施例に用いられるリード端子を用意する工程を説
明するための部分切欠平面図、第５図及び第６図

ード端子、１５ａは電流ヒユーズ部、１７は温度
ヒユーズ部を構成するはんだ、１８ははんだを示

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 正特性サーミスタ素体と、該正特性サーミスタ
素体の両主面に形成された電極と、前記電極には
んだにより接合された一対のリード端子とを備え
る正特性サーミスタ素子において、 少なくとも一方の前記リード端子に、該リード
端子の残りの部分よりも相対的に細幅に形成され
た電流ヒユーズ部が設けられており、かつ 前記リード端子の少なくとも一方を電極に接合
するはんだが、前記正特性サーミスタ素子の耐圧
を超える過電圧による正特性サーミスタ素子の温
度上昇によつて溶融し得る材料からなることを特
徴とする、ヒユーズ機能付正特性サーミスタ素子
。
