Claims (1)
- 薄金属板と圧電素子からなるリング状の圧電バ
イモルフ素子と、その内周部に固定されて被駆動
物を保持する内枠部と、前記圧電バイモルフ素子
の外周部を保持固定する外枠部とからなり、前記
外枠部を前記内枠部で軸方向に一定空間を持たせ
た状態に挟み込む構成とし、軸方向動作範囲を制
限したセラミツクアクチユエータ。
