Claims (1)
- 薄金属板と圧電素子からなるリング状の圧電バ
イモルフ素子と、その内周部に固定されて被駆動
物を保持する内枠と内枠押えからなる内枠部と、
上記圧電バイモルフ素子の外周部を保持固定する
外枠と外枠押えからなる外枠部とからなり、上記
外枠部のリング状固持部材を構成する上記外枠押
えの端部に複数個の突出片を設け、上記突出片の
弾性力により上記圧電バイモルフ素子の外周均等
固持を図ることとした構造のセラミツクアクチユ
エータ。
