As shown in FIG. 6, the power transmission line installed between the steel towers is equipped with an anti-snow ring 27, an anti-twisting damper 28, a torsional damper 29, etc.
The anti-snow ring 27 is usually installed at intervals of several tens of centimeters to prevent large amounts of snow from adhering to power transmission lines, and is a synthetic resin member split into two halves with recesses and protrusions that can engage with each other. . In addition, the anti-twist damper 28 is installed at several locations at regular intervals on the power transmission line between the towers in order to prevent long-term twisting of the power transmission line. A bell-shaped weight 28b is provided. Furthermore, torsional damper 29
is installed near the tower of the power transmission line in order to prevent the vibration of the power transmission line, and has a short steel cable rod 29b parallel to the power transmission line below the mounting member 29a that clamps the power transmission line. Pear-shaped weights 29c were provided at both ends of the rod 29b so as to be perpendicular to the short steel cable rod 29b and oriented in directions away from each other.
A spacecraft is used when carrying out maintenance and inspection work such as attaching or replacing these members to power transmission lines. A conventional spacecraft has a plurality of rollers arranged in a row in the direction of movement and directly pivoted to the machine frame, and a seat board on which the operator sits is provided via a suspension frame attached to the machine frame. Then, the operator hangs the spacer on a predetermined power transmission line in such a way that each roller can run, and the worker sits on the seat board and pulls the power line with his/her hands while moving the spacer and the power line. Anti-snow rings, anti-torsion dampers, or torsional dampers were installed at designated locations.

However, if the anti-snow ring detaches or is improperly installed due to deterioration over time, even if you try to move it to that location on the power transmission line using the above-mentioned conventional spacecraft to replace the anti-snow ring, the power transmission will be interrupted. The weight of the airborne equipment and workers is applied downward to each roller running on the line, so if there is even a slight level difference on the power line due to a snow ring, etc., it is not easy to get over it. If you try to force your way over it, there is a risk that the anti-snow ring may slide or the concave and convex portions may become disengaged and come off the power transmission line. Furthermore, if there was a large step such as the mounting part of a torsional damper or anti-torsion damper, it would be impossible to move over it. Therefore, when attaching the air vehicle to the power transmission line, it is necessary to lean out from the arm of the tower and place the air vehicle at a position beyond the torsional damper.
Further, it is necessary to perform troublesome and complicated operations such as once removing the torsional damper or anti-torsion damper, moving the spacecraft, and then reinstalling the damper.

える。 The air ride device according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and in order for an operator to perform maintenance and inspection work on the power transmission line 15 using this air ride device, the worker must first place one of the side frames on the tower. Remove only the vertical rod 24 that is locked to the side frame 8, place the roller 5 on the power transmission line 15 from between the removed vertical rod 24 and the side frame 8, and lock the vertical rod 24 to the side frame 8 again. The vehicle is movably installed on the power transmission line 15, and then the worker moves from the arm of the tower to the seat plate 7 of the vehicle, pulls the power transmission line 15 with his hands, and applies the brake. 16 to stop and work at each work location. At that time, the roller 5 is moved to the torsional damper 2.
9 and the mounting member 28a of the torsion prevention damper 28,
When reaching a place with a step such as 29a or the anti-snow ring 27, each roller 5 lifts up one after another and overcomes the step. Here, when the leading roller 5 comes into contact with an obstacle 30 having a step such as the anti-snow ring 27 as shown in FIG. Since the frame body 1 moves in the advancing direction, the connecting link 3 and the inclined link 14 connected to the central shaft 11 of the leading roller 5 tilt backward. At that time, the inclined link 4 also moves rearward with respect to the frame 1, and when the pin 13 inserted and locked in the long hole 12 of the inclined link 4 is locked at the tip side of the long hole 12, the connecting link 3 and the inclined link 4 does not tilt backwards any further. Then, when further forward thrust is applied, the tip side of the swing link 2 tilts upward as shown in FIG. At this time, the connecting link 3 is attached to the rear end of the swing link 2.
The rollers 5 installed through the rollers try to lower, but because the power transmission line 15 on which the rollers 5 are mounted are virtually immobile, they cannot lower, and the frame 1 tilts slightly while the other set of rollers behind In addition to 5 and 5, three rollers 5
supports the weight of the worker and the weight of the spacecraft. Since the forward propulsive force is applied to the leading roller 5 as an upward force via the swing link 2, the connecting link 3, and the inclined link 4, the leading roller 5
floats above the obstacle 30 and overcomes the obstacle 30 with almost no load being applied to the obstacle 30.

A pin 13 in the elongated hole 12 is locked to the upper end side of the elongated hole 12. Then, the propulsion force of the spacecraft is applied as an upward force from the pin 13 to the rear end side of the roller 5 and the swinging link 2 via the inclined link 4, the central shaft 11, and the connecting link 3, causing the swinging The rear end side of the link 2 swings upward, and the roller 5 rides on the obstacle 30 (FIG. 5(e)) and climbs over the obstacle 30 as it is. In this case as well, almost no load is applied to the obstacle 30 from the raised roller 5.

もない。 Similarly, the subsequent pair of rollers 5, 5 also crosses the obstacle 30. Then, the worker moves while attaching the anti-snow ring 27 and the like that he carries to a predetermined position on the power transmission line 15. It should be noted that since this space vehicle is symmetrical in the front and rear directions, even when moving in the opposite direction, that is, backward, each roller 5 lifts up one after another and overcomes the obstacle 30. Therefore, even if you make a mistake in attaching the anti-snow ring 27 on the way, you can ride the spacecraft and return to that point.
It is also possible to carry out the installation work. Here, when the roller 5 climbs over the snow-resistant ring 27, since the roller 5 is floating, the snow-resistant ring 27
Almost no load is applied to 7, and it will not come off and separate.

The spacecraft according to the present invention has at least two pairs of front and rear rollers that run on a power transmission line as described above, and the pair of rollers is attached to a frame via a swing link, a connecting link, and an inclined link. When the rollers come into contact with an obstacle with a step, such as a snow ring attached to a power transmission line, the rollers that come into contact with the obstacle will gradually rise up and climb over the obstacle. Because of its flat design, it can be easily moved over various steps even when used for maintenance and inspection of power transmission lines equipped with anti-snow rings, anti-torsion dampers, or torsional dampers. Therefore, the work of replacing the anti-snow ring, which was almost impossible with conventional spacecraft, can be done easily and efficiently. Further, when the roller overcomes an obstacle, the roller is in a floating state, so that almost no load is applied to the obstacle. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the anti-snow ring being damaged or coming off.
