第１図はこの考案の一実施例による遊星歯車減
速形スタータの要部断面図、第２図及び第３図は
この考案の第２及び第３の実施例を示す継鉄の拡
大部と内歯枠部を示す断面図、第４図は従来の遊
星歯車減速形スタータの要部断面図である。 図において、２１は直流電動機、２２は継鉄、
２２ａは拡大部、３０は遊星歯車減速装置、３１
は内歯枠、３３は出力軸、３６は前ブラケツト、
４０はオーバランニングクラツチ、４２はクラツ
チインナ、４３はピニオンである。なお、図中同
一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直流電動機の前部に遊星歯車減速装置を装着し
    、電動機の回転を減速して出力軸に伝え、この出
    力軸に支持されたオーバランニングクラツチを介
    しクラツチインナの前端部のピニオンを回転させ
    るようにした遊星歯車減速形スタータにおいて、 上記継鉄の前端部の内径を大きくして拡大部に
    形成し、この拡大部の内径部に遊星歯車減速装置
    の内歯枠を固定し、拡大部端に前ブラケツトを結
    合したことを特徴とする遊星歯車減速形スタータ
    。
