機の中央縦断面図である。 図中１は減速機構付き電動機、３は円筒ハウジ
ング、５は同期電動機、７は減速機構、９は回転
軸、１３は永久磁石、１７は出力歯車、１９は出
力軸、２２は連結部材、２５は内歯部材、２７は
第１回転部材、３１は第１遊星歯車、３３は第２
回転部材、３７は第２遊星歯車、３９は固定リン
グである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハウジング内に出力歯車、回転軸及び永久
    磁石を設けたロータが回転可能に支持された同期
    電動機と減速機構が内蔵された減速機構付き電動
    機において、 前記減速機構は、 前記ハウジング内にて回転可能に支持された出
    力軸に対して軸線回りを回転可能に支持され、鍔
    部に前記出力歯車と噛合う遊星歯車を有した回転
    部材と、 前記ハウジング内にて前記出力歯車と異なる歯
    数の内歯が形成され、前記遊星歯車に噛合う内歯
    部材と、 前記出力軸に対して回り止めされた状態で取付
    けられるとともに前記回転部材に連結される固定
    部材と、 を備えたことを特徴とする減速機構付き電動機。 (2) 前記回転部材は出力軸に回転可能に支持さ
    れ、鍔部に前記出力歯車と噛合う内歯が形成され
    るとともにボス部に回転部材の遊星歯車と噛合う
    外歯が形成された連結部材を介して連結されたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の減速機構付き電動機。 (3) 前記回転部材と固定部材とは前記出力軸に
    回転可能に支持され、ボス部に前記固定部材が連
    結される外歯が形成されるとともに鍔部に前記回
    転部材のボスに形成された外歯及び内歯部材の内
    歯と噛合う第２の遊星歯車を設けた第２の回転部
    材を介して連結されたことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の減速機構付き電動機
    。
