角方向の断面図である。 １……ケーシング、２……駆動軸、３……イン
ナロータ、４……アウタロータ、５……吸入ポー
ト、６……吐出ポート、３３……トロコイド歯、
４１……隔壁、４３……隔室、４５……トロコイ
ド歯。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部に密閉状の作動室を有するケーシングと、
前記作動室内に嵌挿され前記ケーシングに軸承さ
れた駆動軸と、前記作動室内で前記駆動軸の外周
に固定され外周にｍ（ｍ≧３）枚のトロコイド歯
を有するインナロータと、内周にｍ＋１枚のトロ
コイド歯をもち前記インナロータに歯合されて該
インナロータとの間に作動空間を形成するアウタ
ロータと、前記ケーシングに形成され前記インナ
ロータ及びアウタロータの回転に伴い前記作動空
間と連通する吸入ポート及び吐出ポートとを備え
た内接歯車ポンプにおいて、 前記インナロータは、軸方向にｎ（ｎ≧２）個
に分割された複数個からなり、かつ各インナロー
タはそれらの外周に形成された前記トロコイド歯
の位相を回転方向に１／ｎピツチずらせて前記駆
動軸に固定され、 前記アウタロータは、その内部に隔壁によつて
区画され前記各インナロータを収容するｎ個の隔
室をもち、該各隔室の内周に形成された前記トロ
コイド歯の位相を回転方向に１／ｎピツチずらせ
て設けられている ことを特徴とする内接歯車ポンプ。
