Claims (1)
- ケース内に配置されたラツクピストンが摺動す
ることにより上記ラツクピストンに噛合するピニ
オン軸が回転する揺動式アクチユエーターにおい
て、軽量のエンジニアリングプラスチツクで形成
されたケース本体と、上記ケース本体のピストン
挿入孔に内挿嵌着された高硬度の金属製スリーブ
とを具えたことを特徴とする揺動式アクチユエー
ター。
