Claims (1)
- レーザ光を受光し、レーザパワーを測定するパ
ワーメータにおいて、受光面の面感度分布の一様
化、受光面の保護、耐パワー性の向上を求める手
段として、上記受光面の前に配置され、照射した
レーザ光を分散させて受光面全体に受光させる拡
散板を具備したことを特徴とするパワーメータ。
