Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 背面電極、反射絶縁層、発光層及び透明電
極を順次積層してなる電界発生素子を、背面電極
及び透明電極からリードを導出して外皮フイルム
で上下から挾着し封止したものにおいて、 上記電界発生素子に含有する有機バインダは、
軟化温度が８０℃以下で、且つ、−１０℃〜５０
℃の範囲において比誘電率変化が２０℃時に比較
し、３０％以下であることを特徴とする電界発光
灯。 (2) 請求項(1)記載の有機バインダがシアノエチ
ルヒドロキシエチルセルロースであることを特徴
とする電界発光灯。
