Claims (1)
- 皮材を餃子成形用の型へ供給し、該皮材にヒダ
を成形する餃子成形器において、皮材が供給され
た型が一旦停止する位置に、皮材のヒダ付部外縁
近傍を前記型に押える押え部材と、前記押え部材
の各ガイド溝に沿つて下降し、皮材の外縁をヒダ
成形部材に順番に押し込むことでヒダを成形する
複数箇のヒダ成形用の押型を各昇降自在に配設し
たことを特徴とする餃子成形器におけるヒダ付装
置。
