前記操作パネル17の裏面に電子回路部への静電
気の侵入を防ぐために設けられたバツク板18を
取り付けその後に電気回路基板13が取り付けら
れている。高周波加熱装置を使用する際あやまつ
て操作パネル17に水をかけたり、上方よりこぼ
したりすることがある。その時、機器として誤動
作をして、電子回路が制御不能にならないように
種々の方策をとつていた。

入り、電気回路基板13上の各種部品14に水が
ふりかかり、回路がシヨートしてしまい、誤動作
し、時としてマイコン15が制御不能になつてし
まうことすらあつた。

に、操作パネル17と電子回路基板13の間に前
記電子回路基板13を静電気等による誤動作や故
障から守るために設けられたバツク板18の上端
面を延出し、外装板8とシヤーシ11の間に挟持
する方法もとられていた。(特開昭59−232606号)
ところが、このような方法によつても、前記バツ
ク板18が板金部品であるために当初は目的どう
り水の侵入を防ぐことができるが水分の付着によ
つて腐食するおそれがあり、経時変化によつて亀
裂が生じ、そこから水が侵入することがあり完壁
な対策とはいえなかつた。しかも、操作パネル1
7と外装板8の間にはどうしても隙間が発生する
が、前記操作パネル17や外装板8の色(白や赤
等)と前記バツク板18の色(銀)が違うために
わずかな隙間でも色の違いが目立ち、外観上非常
に見映えの悪いものになつていた。前記バツク板
16に前記外装板8等と同じ色の塗装もしくはメ
ツキをすれば腐食や外観の問題は解決されるが、
逆にアースが確実に取れる保障がなくなり、本来
の静電気からの誤動作や故障を防ぐという役目が
果たせなくなるという問題があつた。

しても(第1図の矢印部)、前期操作パネル4の
上端延出部がカバーの役目をし、電子回路基板1
3には水がふり注ぐことがない。又、組立時やサ
ービス時に従来のようにアルミテープを貼るとい
うこともなく、テープの破れや貼り忘れといつた
ものがない。そのうえ、バツク板16の上端を延
出した時のように腐食や外観上の見映えが悪くな
るということも全くなくなるものである。
