スレーザ発振器及びガスレーザ発振器を動作、制
御するガスレーザ電源からなるガスレーザ装置に
おいて、前記ガスレーザ電源の一構成要素である
陽極電流制御回路に備えた放電電流設定用可変抵
抗に並列に接続し、かつ、外部制御信号により抵
抗値が変る抵抗を具備した外部制御部を備えたこ
