ロツクとパレツトとの分離装置に達せしめ、途中
において被覆枠の除去装置を設け、被覆枠を上記
被覆装置に循環せしめるようにしたことを特徴と
するコンクリートブロツク成型後の処理装置であ

成型されたブロツク3はパレツト4上に載置され
たままコンベア2上に取出され、コンベア2によ
つて移行して定置場所5に入る手前で被覆枠着脱
装置7により被覆枠6を被覆される。そして定置
場所5内のコンベア8に順次移行して複数組並列
される。9は挟持装置であつて、移行フレーム1
0のレール上を移動するようにされ、ガーターフ
レームにはシリンダ11により上下動する挟持爪
12を有し、この挟持爪12によつて前記並置さ
れたブロツク3をパレツト4ごと一括挟持して移
送し、第2図に示すように定置台13上に順次載
置する。第3図はその段積み状態を示す拡大正面
図である。定置台13において一定時間置いて乾
燥養成した後、一括挟持して製品取出用コンベア
14上に移行し、順次被覆枠着脱装置7に送つ
て、被覆枠6を除去する。除去された被覆枠6は
前述の被覆用にするため被覆位置に還元する。被
覆枠6の除去された製品パレツトは分離装置15
に送られ、ブロツク3とパレツト4とに分離さ
れ、ブロツク3はコンベア16によつて製品組積
装置17に送られ、パレツトは反転機18を経て
コンベア19によりコンクリートブロツク成型機
