Claims (1)
- 流体出口を有する一端が開孔したケースと、該
ケースの開孔部に取り付けられボールの作用によ
つて開閉する流体入口を有する弁座ホルダと、前
記ケース内にあつて両端が閉塞されるとともに周
囲に流体通路を形成するベローズとを具え、前記
流体出口と前記流体入口との圧力差に応じて前記
ベローズが伸縮し、これに応じて前記ボールが流
体入口を開閉する圧力制御弁において、前記ボー
ルが弾性を有するボール本体と、該ボール本体の
内部に配設された芯部材とからなることを特徴と
する圧力制御弁。
