Claims (1)
- ケースの一端に取り付けられたホルダと他端に
配置されたバルブとの間に、周囲に流体通路を形
成するベローズが装着され、前記ケースの前記ホ
ルダ側に設けた流体出口と前記バルブに設けた流
体入口との圧力差に応じて前記ベローズが伸縮し
て前記バルブを開閉する圧力制御弁において、前
記バルブが、ベローズの中心軸線上に位置する弁
体であるボールを内蔵するアダプタと、前記ボー
ルに当接可能なニードルを有するホルダとを有し
、さらに、前記アダプタにベローズの中心軸線か
ら等距離で、かつ、ベローズの周方向に等間隔に
複数個の孔を形成し、これらの各孔にガイドロツ
ドを摺動可能に配置するとともに、各々ガイドロ
ツドの一端を前記ホルダに設けたことを特徴とす
る圧力制御弁。
