Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主軸を回転自在に支持する工作機械の主軸ヘツ
ドであつて、 この主軸ヘツドの基部をなし前記主軸軸線方向
に挿入孔を形成する主軸ヘツド本体と、 工具または被加工物を取付ける主軸と、 この主軸を回転自在に支持するため所定間隔を
有して主軸外周部に少なくとも２個以上設けられ
る複数の軸受と、 前記主軸ヘツド本体の挿入孔と前記複数の軸受
の間に設けられ、前記軸受外周部を支持すると共
に前記軸受位置に対応した外周部にリング状溝を
形成した円筒スリーブと 前記軸受に前記主軸軸線方向に荷重を負荷して
所定の予圧状態とし前記主軸の回転精度や主軸剛
性を維持させる予圧調整手段とからなり、 前記主軸の高速回転時に前記軸受よりの発熱で
、前記軸受が熱膨張したとき前記円筒スリーブの
リング状溝部が変形拡張し、前記軸受の予圧状態
の変化を最小限に抑えることを特徴とする工作機
械の主軸ヘツド。
