- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 網体の上面においてワークに後処理用の液
体を浴びせるとともに、前記網体を振動させるこ
とによつてワークから前記液体の篩い落としとワ
ークの搬送を行う振動式後処理装置であつて、 前記網体の先端側にはワークの取出し用プレー
トが連設されるとともに、この取出し用プレート
にはその全幅に亘つてスリツトが形成されている
ことを特徴とする振動式後処理装置。 (2) スリツトには液体回収手段が接続され、さ
らにこの液体回収手段は後処理用の液体を循環さ
せるための循環装置に接続されていることを特徴
とする請求項１記載の振動式後処理装置。
