Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ピストンロツドの表面に磁気スケールを形成し
    、該磁気スケールに対しシリンダヘツドに磁気セ
    ンサを設置した液圧及び空気圧シリンダの位置検
    出センサにおいて、磁気センサとピストンロツド
    の間に軸受を設け、ハウジングの肩が軸受に押付
    けられて、磁気センサとピストンロツドの表面を
    一定の距離で保持して、摺動摩擦による発熱でセ
    ンサの温度が上昇することを防止するようにし、
    軸受内径とピストンロツド外径の嵌合に隙間を設
    け、この隙間より大きい隙間を軸受外径とヘツド
    内径に設け、ピストンロツドの振動に対して軸受
    外径はヘツド内径に干渉しない構造とし、軸受の
    穴とヘツドの穴の位置決めができるようにしたこ
    とを特長とする、 位置検出センサの取付装置。
