- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 制御部より出力された指令値をサーボアンプに
出力し、サーボ弁のスプールを動作制御するよう
にしたサーボ弁の駆動回路において、 前記サーボアンプを適数段の演算増幅器の組合
せ回路で構成し、 前記演算増幅器の電源入力端子に、電源断の状
態にて片電源を供給するコンデンサを接続して成
ることを特徴とするサーボ弁の駆動回路。
