    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁気軸受のステータ内におけるロータの変位を
    センサで検出し、同センサの出力信号によりコン
    トローラを介して前記磁気軸受への電力を制御す
    るようにした磁気軸受用ロータの制御装置におい
    て、縦方向の変位量を検出する前記センサの出力
    信号に、ロータ浮上・着座時の衝撃を緩和するた
    めのコマンド信号を加える浮上・着座制御手段を
    具備したことを特徴とする磁気軸受用ロータの制
    御装置。
