[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a ceiling for a Japanese-style room that does not impair its aesthetic appearance due to the effects of the crosspieces attached to the back side of the ceiling board.
On the back side of a ceiling board that has a wood grain pattern on its surface, vertical bars are attached along the wood grain of the ceiling board, and horizontal bars are attached perpendicular to the wood grain, and a thermally conductive sheet is interposed between the horizontal bars and the ceiling board. , this thermally conductive sheet is exposed on the back side of the ceiling board from between the horizontal rails and the ceiling board, and a gap is formed between the thermally conductive sheet and the ceiling board between each horizontal rail, and a plurality of sheets are The thermally conductive sheets are arranged side by side at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the grain of the ceiling board.

Conventional ceilings for Japanese-style rooms are formed by pasting wooden veneers or decorative paper on the surface and pasting crosspieces in a frame shape on the back of a ceiling board with a wood grain pattern. Because the heat insulation properties of the parts that are attached and the parts that are not attached are different, when this Japanese-style ceiling is installed on the ceiling of a room, the crosspieces may be damaged due to the difference between the temperature in the room and the temperature in the attic. Condensation tends to form on the surface of the ceiling board in areas that are not affixed, and dust, dust, smoke, etc. in the room adhere to this condensation, and there are areas where the crosspiece is affixed to the back and areas where it is not affixed. There is a problem in that there is a difference in stains between the two, and when this stain is created by the vertical bars that are attached parallel to the wood grain on the surface, it is difficult to notice because it blends in with the wood grain pattern, but it is hard to notice when it is mixed in with the wood grain pattern on the surface. When it is formed by horizontal beams that are attached perpendicularly to each other, it becomes a whitish streak that is easily noticeable and spoils the aesthetic appearance of the ceiling for a Japanese-style room.

The present invention will be explained in detail below using examples. Ceiling board 1
is formed by pasting wood veneer, decorative paper, etc. on the surface of plywood, and the surface has a wood grain pattern. As shown in FIG. 1, on both ends of the back side of the ceiling board 1, vertical bars 2, 2 are attached approximately parallel to each other with adhesive or the like along the wood grain on the surface, and a pair of vertical bars 2, 2
In between, on the back surface of the ceiling board 1, a plurality of horizontal bars 3 perpendicular to the wood grain on the surface are attached at regular intervals with adhesive or the like. The metal layer 4 is a metal-adhered sheet in which metal foil such as aluminum foil, tin foil, or copper foil, or a synthetic resin sheet such as vinyl chloride sheet, cellophane, or polyethylene sheet, with metal foil or metal powder affixed to the front or back surfaces of the sheet. , or a coating film formed by curing a paint containing metal powder such as aluminum powder, and in the embodiment shown in FIG. A conductive sheet 5 is placed on the entire back surface of the ceiling board 1 and is interposed between the ceiling board and the horizontal beam. As shown in FIG. 1, the thermally conductive sheet 5 is slightly curved to form a gap 6 between the horizontal bars 3 and 3 through which air can flow between the thermally conductive sheet 5 and the ceiling plate 1. be.

Next, when manufacturing this ceiling for a Japanese-style room, it is performed as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 2, a thermally conductive sheet 5 is placed on the back surface of the ceiling board 1 between a plurality of vertical bars 2, 2,
Thereafter, the horizontal bar 3 with an adhesive such as vinyl acetate adhesive applied to the back and side edges is attached between the vertical bars 2 and 2, and the thermally conductive sheet 5 is compressed. It is sandwiched between the horizontal beam 3 and the ceiling plate 1. The horizontal bar 3 can be used as a conventional one without any special processing, and can be attached by pressing the long thermally conductive sheet 5 with the horizontal bar 3. Sex is also good.

Therefore, a metal layer 4 such as a thermally conductive sheet 5 is interposed between the horizontal bar 3 and the ceiling board 1, and this metal layer 4 is inserted from between the horizontal bar 3 and the ceiling board 1 to the back surface of the ceiling board 1. By exposing the horizontal bar 3 to
The lower surface can be cooled to the temperature of the air in the attic due to the good heat conduction of this metal layer 4, and the horizontal beam 3 is attached to the part on the back side of the ceiling panel 1 where it is attached to the ceiling panel 1. This makes it possible to reduce the temperature difference between the area and the area that is not covered. Especially the first
As shown in the figure, by using a long thermally conductive sheet 5, the thermal conductive area is large and the thermal conductive effect is large, and a gap 6 is provided between the ceiling panel 1 and the thermally conductive sheet 5. By providing this, heat can be conducted from the back surface of the thermally conductive sheet 5. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, two heat conductive sheets 5 such as aluminum foil are attached with a gap 7 between them, and air can easily flow from the gap 7 to the gap 6. As a result, the heat dissipation or heat absorption of the thermally conductive sheet 5 can be improved. Moreover, in this case, since the thermally conductive sheet 5 is pressed against the horizontal beam 3, it does not get in the way during construction or transportation of the ceiling for a Japanese-style room.

As described above, the present invention provides a structure in which a thermally conductive sheet is interposed between the horizontal rail and the ceiling board, and this thermally conductive sheet is exposed from between the horizontal rail and the ceiling board to the back side of the ceiling board. Therefore, the exposed thermally conductive sheet conducts the temperature of the air in the attic well to the thermally conductive sheet on the bottom of the horizontal beam, making it possible to bring the temperature close to that of the back of the ceiling board where the horizontal beam is not attached. , it is possible to reduce the temperature difference between the ceiling panels depending on whether horizontal bars are installed or not, and to prevent color differences that occur on the surface of the ceiling panels caused by conventional horizontal bars.
In addition, a gap is formed between the thermally conductive sheet and the ceiling board between the horizontal bars, and multiple thermally conductive sheets are placed side by side at intervals in the direction perpendicular to the wood grain of the ceiling board. , air can flow from between the thermally conductive sheet and the ceiling board to improve the heat dissipation or heat absorption of the thermally conductive sheet. The thermally conductive sheet and the ceiling board are spaced apart from each other in the direction perpendicular to the sheet, and this distance makes it easier for air to circulate between the thermally conductive sheet and the ceiling board. There is an advantage in that the appearance of ghosts on the ceiling board due to the influence of the horizontal bars provided on the back side of the ceiling board can be further avoided.
