Claims (1)
- 陰極とグリツドと陽極を真空容器内に備えた蛍
光表示管に於いて、前記陽極を形成する陽極基板
を前記陽極を形成する陽極形成用基板と前記真空
容器としての耐圧強度を保証する耐圧用基板の２
層構造とし、該耐圧用基板に複数個の放熱用溝を
設けたことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
