- 陰極とグリツドと陽極を真空容器内に備えた蛍
光表示管に於いて、前記陽極を形成する陽極基板
を前記陽極を形成する陽極形成用基板と真空容器
としての耐圧強度を保証する耐圧用基板の２層構
造とし、該耐圧用基板を細分化された複数個の小
片として積層した構造を有することを特徴とする
蛍光表示管。
