置の断面図、第２図は従来の光半導体装置の断面
図である。 図において、１はステム、２はブロツク、３は
ＬＤチツプ、４はサブマウント、５は前面レーザ
光、６は裏面レーザ光、７はキヤン、８は窓ガラ
ス、９は封着ガラス、１０はＰＤチツプ、１１は
開口部の凸部を示す。なお、図中、同一符号は同
一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- ステムの主面にブロツクを介して間接的に固定
された、主面の上方に光を発する発光素子を被う
様にステムに溶接されたキヤンを有し、かつ前記
キヤンの中央は開口され、この開口部はキヤンに
接着剤で接合された透明なガラス板で塞がれてい
る光半導体装置において、前記接着剤がガラス板
の外側表面に広がらない様前記キヤンの開口部内
側に凸部を設けた事を特徴とする光半導体装置。
