概略図である。 図において、１はステム、２はブロツク、３は
ＬＤチツプ、５は前面レーザ光、６は後面レーザ
光、７はキヤツプ、８はガラス板、９は接着剤、
１０はモニタＰＤ、１１は保護膜である。なお、
各図中の同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- ステムの主面にブロツクを介して前記主面の上
方に光を発する発光素子が間接的に固定され、こ
の発光素子を被うように前記ステムに溶接された
キヤツプを有し、このキヤツプの上面の中央に開
口された開口部に透明なガラス板が接着剤で接合
された光半導体装置において、前記ガラス板の上
面およびこのガラス板と前記キヤツプとの接合部
を含む前記ガラス板上面を被うように前記発光素
子の光を透過する無反射の保護膜を設けたことを
特徴とする光半導体装置。
