    する被炊飯物の量検出装置において、 上記水没した被炊飯物に光を照射するための光
    源と、 該被炊飯物からの反射光を受光する受光素子と
    、 該受光素子の受光信号に基づき上記被炊飯物の
    量を検出する被炊飯物量検出手段とを具備してな
    ることを特徴とする被炊飯物の量検出装置。
